So I thought I wold have done this last night but I had a few and got distracted. So after I popped the cork this is what I found.
This bourbon had a light vanilla caramel nose with a slight spiciness to it. It wasn't overpowering at all. It had a nice mild burn, 80ish proof, so it shouldn't be bad. And it went down smooth.
I drank it neat, nothing but glass. My usual way of enjoying bourbon. Rarely I will add a cube of ice or coke if it is cheap mixing bourbon.
I really liked this bourbon and would recommend this to anyone , both novice and experienced bourbon drinkers.
OK, so I am a fan of home brews, BOURBON, and good food. Since everything is now shared on this thing called the internet I decided to start this blog to share my adventures with the world. I am putting my culinary education to work by reviewing many different bourbons, brews and food. Remember, always drink responsibly.
